What do we do at CSI?

We at CSI simply strive for uplifting the computer science community, and even more so, we strive to make a positive impact on one another. We keep our core team closely knit and constantly come up with new ideae. Be it campaigns, events, study groups and what not.

Through our chapter, students get boundless opportunities and marvellous exposures beyond the confined textbook syllabi. It has been a successful journey for our chapter till date in the form of workshops, hackathons, learning weekends, competitions and educational visits, all of which with much more, continues to be delivered by us.

HYPE - <Hack Your ProfilE/>

A portfolio website building workshop to help students learn basic frontend development and make their own portfolio website.

Interactive workshop to help participants understand networking and the basic workings of networking systems within an application with the help of flask servers, API calls and a slight touch of javascript.

Hunt_AI

The Aim of this event was to deliver a workshop on AI and to have an AI talent search sprint of 1 week where we would finalize the teams we liked (with the help of AI PhD students), train them and then have an exhibition for their complete project.

Kavach

The event offered campus students a 24-hour cyber security challenge to foster problem-solving. The goal was to find top teams for the BU's representation at the national "Kavach" government Hackathon.
